I have been ordering catheter supplies for several years without Having to pay above Medicare. But it Seems toward the end of 2023 I was Receiving hundreds of dollars in billing. The first part of 12/23 I received a call to reorder my catheters, at that time I had 50 on hand and was told they would call back in two weeks, no return call, on 12/27/23 I called to place the order, there was a problem with my insurance with Medicare Advantage , it was cancelled by mistake and once I talked with my agent , we tried to get it reinstated but was denied, but found out my regular Medicare would pay, I called during the week of 01/08/24 and talked to Jessica, once I found out it would be covered and my co-pay would be $180,she was to call me back but didn't hear from her, I called on 01/15/24 and talked to her again, she said the order was at the warehouse and would be shipped on 01/16/24 and I would received they on 01/17/24, I didn't get the order, so I called on 01/18/24 and was told they were to be shipped on 01/23/24, this was after I explained I was out of catheters, I talked to Jessica again on Friday 01/19/24,I ask if they could be overnighted, she was to have called me back but didn't, I called again and talked to a young man, who said they would expedite and I would get the order today 01/20/24, they are now setting in a FEDEX in Grove City ,OH and will not get them untin Monday. I found out the shipping order was not created until Friday 01/19/24, so on 01/15/24 I was told they would be shipped on 01/18/24, how that happen if the shipping order wasn't even created until 01/19/24.

I will admit the Insurance problem was on me, but this t telling different stories is not and I will say I was not very nice, I was and still am so frustrated, I am having to keep two catheters clean and hoping I don't get sick .

I have been with Liberator since 2007.

Won't Return Money

I ordered a $600 external catheter from Liberator medical. Later that day, the nurse put in an internal catheter. I immediately called, but they said it was too late to cancel. So, I had to immediately return the product and pay a 15% restocking fee. Problem is 4 months later, Liberator still has not returned any of my money. I call every month I get my credit card statement. Each month they say they will take care of it. I wonder how many customers, busy taking care of loved ones, don't notice their refunds are not being returned. I suspect it comes to a lot of money for Liberator.

Zero customer service and sent me biohazardous material

AThis is what was included with my new Pure-wick machine. Trying to get a call or email from anyone is almost impossible.

I actually had a contant email from Amy Lawrence who finally emailed notifying me as to when the rest of my purchase, the actual Purewick machine itself would delivered. Since then,The machine did come and had discusting/ biohazardous material in the tubing. Ive emailed the contact I had, Amy Lawrence, serveral times but just get continually ignored.

I spent over $500 for my poor paralyzed mom and have had to waste several hours trying to get answers and a new Purewick system that is complete and doesnt contain any biohazardous tubing, but to no avail. All I get is ignored.

I placed an order in August and they said call back next month. I have placed 5 orders since August and not received a single thing. Tried a phone call and got nothing. Go some place else. 5 orders for needed medical supplies with no response???

I was running out of catheters and ordered at the end of Aug. they said call back next month. Called back maybe 5 times more to order and the person said fine and I have received nothing. Called and the phone was not answered or returned.

Need over due Cathares

I ordered a Purwick system for my mom who was in the hospital at the time having a heart procedure and a small stroke because I did not want her going to the bathroom by herself at night. But when she got home she did not want it, it was never even unpacked from the brown delivery box.

I called Liberator medical, and they informed me it would be a 15% restocking fee but that is not the worst part, they also said it would take 60 days to get a refund. So I asked why in this day and time would it ever take 60 days to get a refund that I paid for with a debit card? They came up with every dumb reason she could think of, but none of them made sense.

She also said one of the reasons it takes 60 days is because it has to go back through the insurance company, which shows me how unprofessional and unknowledgeable they are because the Purwick system is not even covered by insurance, I wish it was because maybe I would not be out of so much money. Save yourself a headache and never do business with Liberator Medical.

I really don't think that you want to know what my review is it is below ZERO

I have been calling and waiting for my catheters for well over a week I have heard they are on the way for 2 days then the third day it was you need a new prescription yours ran out in July. Why wasn't I told that in July and I also received orders in an after July. Now it's lost we need to find them before we can send out a new order. FedEx lost them not me. I am on Disability due to having Multiple Sclerosis I had to go out and buy some I can't afford to buy them myself.
