The first part of 12/23 I received a call to reorder my catheters, at that time I had 50 on hand and was told they would call back in two weeks, no return call, on 12/27/23 I called to place the order, there was a problem with my insurance with Medicare Advantage , it was cancelled by mistake and once I talked with my agent , we tried to get it reinstated but was denied, but found out my regular Medicare would pay, I called during the week of 01/08/24 and talked to Jessica, once I found out it would be covered and my co-pay would be $180,she was to call me back but didn't hear from her, I called on 01/15/24 and talked to her again, she said the order was at the warehouse and would be shipped on 01/16/24 and I would received they on 01/17/24, I didn't get the order, so I called on 01/18/24 and was told they were to be shipped on 01/23/24, this was after I explained I was out of catheters, I talked to Jessica again on Friday 01/19/24,I ask if they could be overnighted, she was to have called me back but didn't, I called again and talked to a young man, who said they would expedite and I would get the order today 01/20/24, they are now setting in a FEDEX in Grove City ,OH and will not get them untin Monday. I found out the shipping order was not created until Friday 01/19/24, so on 01/15/24 I was told they would be shipped on 01/18/24, how that happen if the shipping order wasn't even created until 01/19/24.
I will admit the Insurance problem was on me, but this t telling different stories is not and I will say I was not very nice, I was and still am so frustrated, I am having to keep two catheters clean and hoping I don't get sick .
I have been with Liberator since 2007.

AThis is what was included with my new Pure-wick machine. Trying to get a call or email from anyone is almost impossible.
I actually had a contant email from Amy Lawrence who finally emailed notifying me as to when the rest of my purchase, the actual Purewick machine itself would delivered. Since then,The machine did come and had discusting/ biohazardous material in the tubing. Ive emailed the contact I had, Amy Lawrence, serveral times but just get continually ignored.
I spent over $500 for my poor paralyzed mom and have had to waste several hours trying to get answers and a new Purewick system that is complete and doesnt contain any biohazardous tubing, but to no avail. All I get is ignored.

Return policy and 60 days to get a refund.
I ordered a Purwick system for my mom who was in the hospital at the time having a heart procedure and a small stroke because I did not want her going to the bathroom by herself at night. But when she got home she did not want it, it was never even unpacked from the brown delivery box.
I called Liberator medical, and they informed me it would be a 15% restocking fee but that is not the worst part, they also said it would take 60 days to get a refund. So I asked why in this day and time would it ever take 60 days to get a refund that I paid for with a debit card? They came up with every dumb reason she could think of, but none of them made sense.
She also said one of the reasons it takes 60 days is because it has to go back through the insurance company, which shows me how unprofessional and unknowledgeable they are because the Purwick system is not even covered by insurance, I wish it was because maybe I would not be out of so much money. Save yourself a headache and never do business with Liberator Medical.
