Had problem with ostimy supplies I was using and had to get samples from companies. Liberator never sent any samples requested.

Finally placed irder 11/14/16. Was assured order would be shipped same day as I needed supplies. Nothing came by 11/22 and I was going away for Thanksgiving and was now in trouble. Called co.

Took me over 1 hr and endless repeats of their advertising to get through a number of telephone answers who kept me holding and just kept transferring me to other transferers ubtil I finally reached an "ostomy specislist" about 1 1/2 hrs into call. Wanted to know why I still hadn't received shipment. "specialist" informed me my prescription had expired. Person taking order didn't tell me that.

Assured me order would be shipped that day. NO ONE between 14th and 22nd called me to tell me there was a problem. After 4 hrs (no exaggeration) listening to a hirrible, endless loop of Liberator ads, I still have no resolution. Supervisor apparently can't get response from another Dept that has to approve my new prescription, which was gotten hrs ago.

Going away for Thangsgiving on 22nd, probably without supplies I need. Tried Supervidor again more than 2 hrs later. He has called other dept., emailed other dept. No response.

It's now 3:05. Begannprocess at 10:15. Will sell me products I need at Liberator's outrageous prices and ship them, but can't get them as of yet with my new doctor's prescription because although it's there, it hasn't been approved by the mystery "approval" process. Have been watching customer service decline at an alarming rate.

Have to assume customer service personnel with title of "specialist" have been let go or quit, to be replaced by a series of telephone operators who switch you a minimum of 3 times and keep you holding endlessly. Once upon a time you called, asked for an ostomy specialist, got one, and placed your order, which was then shipped. Obviously no more. Unless you place same order each time they call you, would definitely recommend you try another supplier.

3:15 and I still haven't heard from anyone.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Liberator Medical Cons: Very poor initiative, Disastrous system, Customer service.
